Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a motivated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent skill development.

The role emphasizes high-quality, evidence-based practice, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children with autism and related developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).

• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
