We are hiring RBTs with afternoon availability for the Greensboro area!

What will you do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?
  • Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD
  • Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
  • Conduct stimulus preference assessments
  • Collect data
  • Maintain the client's program book
  • Develop and create teaching materials
  • Provide basic care to clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
  • Discuss the child's daily progress with parents/caretakers
  • Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Ensure the well-being of all clients
  • Maintain and update professional knowledge through continuing education
Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Valid and active RBT credential on the BACB website
  • Previous experience working with children; ASD experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable and consistent schedule availability
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role (e.g., standing, sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, running with children, lifting up to 40 pounds)

We believe a multidisciplinary approach enhances outcomes by fostering collaboration among providers. Our services are offered at home, in the community, and through a center-based setting.

*Hourly rate varies based on education, experience, certification, and current status as a BCBA student.
