Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking an RBT for part-time in-home and community settings. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to youth with developmental disabilities under supervision, with data tracking and progress reporting.

Requirements include RBT certification (preferred), a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2+ years of relevant experience, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must have an RBT certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community environments.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding client progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and safeguard confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
