Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. You will join a strong clinical team that supports growth and offers pathways through BCBA schooling programs.

We welcome part-time candidates and emphasize flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and opportunities to advance while delivering high-quality care to children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification required before starting.
• Experience or interest in ABA or working with children with autism is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What You'll Do
