Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, helping children with Autism build independence and positive behaviors.

Your role includes implementing care plans, recording session data, and supporting families in a compassionate, calm manner. Paid training is provided, and positions start part-time with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification required before starting.
  • Patience and compassion for children with Autism.
  • Calm, composed demeanor in challenging moments.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in ABA practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
  • Be a key part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
  • Create a positive learning environment for clients and build connections with families.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What You'll Bring

Education or early childhood development

Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles

Behavioral health, mental health, or social services

ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
