Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.

Qualified candidates hold an RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred), and possess reliable transportation along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support meaningful outcomes for children and families.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
