Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
