Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic environments. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and work closely with BCBAs and families to promote skill generalization.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or are eligible) and have a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
