Job Summary:

As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. • Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies

• Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and celebrating successes
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client sessions, reports, and progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish consistent and effective strategies for implementing ABA techniques in the home environment
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and network with colleagues
