Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy under supervision.

Requirements include an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and experience with autism. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
