Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes implementing individualized behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with families. A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required, along with reliable transportation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
