Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to enable meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Responsibilities
