Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and record progress in clinical software.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and examplary reliability, with experience working with autism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
