Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior plans and skill programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
