Job description

We’re building an organization by clinicians and for clinicians, together. Come join us!

Woven Care is proud to be the leading provider of pediatric services in Colorado and is honored to have been serving families up and down the front range since 2005.

We’re looking for team members who are deeply committed to helping children thrive. This is an opportunity to work with a remarkable multidisciplinary team, to design a flexible schedule that works best for your life, and to be supported in your personal and professional growth.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you're a key player in helping children learn new skills while addressing any behaviors that can be barriers to their independence! Your day-to-day tasks involve working collaboratively with your team and putting personalized behavior plans into action.

Being an RBT isn't just a job – it's a chance for you to change lives while learning and growing in your career.

What makes Woven Care different:

  • Impact: Join a team that has served over 6,700 clients in 2024 alone. Your work will create ripples of positive change in families, schools, and the broader community.
  • Growth Opportunities: No matter your career path—whether ABA, Speech Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or beyond—we’re here to support you. With opportunities like Lead RBT roles, BCBA internships, and more, we ensure your growth aligns with your goals.
  • Work-life Balance: We believe balance is essential for bringing your best self to work. At Woven Care, enjoy a 4-day workweek, giving you more time to recharge and focus on filling your cup.
  • Unwavering Support: From day one, you’ll receive hands-on training—no endless screen time here! Once in the clinic, you’ll have an open line to your team and dedicated BCBAs who are committed to helping you thrive.
  • Connection and Joy: 97% of our amazing team says they have a friend at Woven! Have a community behind you that helps you celebrate the wins and has your back during challenges.
  • Consistent Hours: As an RBT, employees in good standing are eligible for 30 hours per week, regardless of client cancellations.
  • Reliable Pay: Your hourly rate stays consistent, whether you’re working with clients or tackling administrative tasks.

Compensation range:

  • $18.50-$23/hour based on experience
  • Bonus opportunities up to $1200 a year based on attendance and note completion

Schedule and location:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm availability (Friday hours voluntary)
  • All Colorado Springs hires will have a TO BE DETERMINED location. Location can be one of the following:
  • 901 N. Santa Fe Ave, Fountain, CO 80817

Compensation and benefits have to work for you, too. We pay competitively, and our benefits are designed for our team. We offer:

  • Tuition assistance program
  • Vacation (increases with tenure) and sick leave
  • Six paid holidays
  • CEU Reimbursement
  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
  • 401(k) matching
  • Life and disability insurance

RBT Responsibilities:

  • Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges, by applying evidence-based strategies, and tailored ABA interventions, expertly guided by BCBAs.
  • Drive change by implementing programs that foster essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors and support children to gain independence.
  • Use discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching to ensure each child’s growth.
  • Ensure integrity by collecting precise data on behaviors and maintaining comprehensive session notes, all through efficient use of technology.
  • Deliver excellence in every session, ensuring optimal progress and maintaining the highest standards of treatment integrity.
  • Collaborate as one team, working closely with fellow ABA team members and interdisciplinary providers to achieve skill mastery and generalization.
  • Respond to feedback promptly, using strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance client care.
  • Foster continuous improvement by responding, staying up to date with the latest practices through ongoing training, ensuring that you always deliver the best results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification(s):
    • BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR is preferred
    • Registered Behavior Technician is required

Physical Requirements:

The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.

It is our intention that all qualified applicants be given equal opportunity and that selection decisions be based on job-related factors. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
