Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.

• Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication.
