Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Join Airborne ABA as a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and enjoy flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for career growth.

About the Role

Provide in-home therapy after school hours (typically 2 PM – 6 PM). Room for additional hours as our client base expands.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy at clients' homes
  • Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Support clients in developing life skills and positive behaviors
  • Document progress and session notes accurately
  • Communicate with families and clinicians
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Attend training and team meetings
Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (or willing to obtain quickly)
  • Experience with children, autism, or developmental delays preferred
  • Knowledge of ABA techniques
  • Reliable, empathetic, and good communicator
  • Committed to consistency and client success
Schedule
  • Weekday after-school hours (2 PM – 6 PM)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Optional evenings or weekends for extra hours
