We’re a mission-driven startup ABA agency looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role focuses on providing in-home therapy after school hours (typically 2 PM – 6 PM), with room to grow into additional hours as our client base expands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Support clients in developing life skills and positive behaviors
• Accurately document progress and session notes
• Communicate effectively with families and supervising clinicians
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance
• Attend training and team meetings as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified quickly)
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred
• Familiarity with ABA techniques and behavioral strategies
• Reliable, empathetic, and strong communication skills
• Committed to consistency and client success
  
  

Schedule

• Weekday after-school hours (2 PM – 6 PM)
• Monday through Friday
• Optional evenings or weekends available for additional hours
