Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We seek dedicated RBTs to join our team. Our BTs play a vital role in delivering 1-1 treatment alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a center-based setting. Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Active NV ABA Certification
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required
• Ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans created by BCBA
• Monitor and report on client progress
• Assist in training families on treatment plans
• Respond to client and family needs
• Maintain clear communication with all parties
• Engage in physical activities with children aged 2-15, including lifting up to 25+ pounds
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by BCBA/LBA
