Location: Land O’Lakes, FL (Greater Tampa Area)

Schedule: Full-Time | Pediatric Outpatient Setting

Whether you’re a new RBT ready to launch your career or an experienced pro looking for a collaborative and supportive environment—Great Strides, part of the H2 Health family, is here for YOU.

We provide team-based pediatric care that combines ABA with Speech, OT, PT, and Music Therapy to support the whole child. You’ll work under experienced BCBAs who provide active mentorship and supervision to help you grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children ages 0–21
• Work in a clinic and community setting with interdisciplinary collaboration
• Receive ongoing supervision and support from BCBAs

• Active RBT certification with the BACB
