Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Development).
• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification.
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
