Job summary

Kids Therapy Tower LLC in Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement treatment plans and interventions under a board-certified behavior analyst. You will work with children and adolescents in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, ensuring safety, supporting positive behavior, and maintaining a clean, supportive environment. A valid RBT certification and active Medicaid provider status are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Medicaid provider active.
• Strong communication skills.
• Criminal background check LEVEL 2 required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Liability insurance required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents (≥1 year in ABA).

• Implement treatments plans and interventions established by behavior analyst.
• Provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using applied behavior analysis techniques in home, community, and/or school.
• Manage and handle patients with behavioral problems.
• Develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times.
• Monitor, record and document observations of patient behavior.
• Modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions.
• Instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects.
• Maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients.
• Develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; recognize and report any abuse.

• manage and handle patients with behavioral problems
• develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times
• monitor, record and document observations of patient behavior
• modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions
• instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects
• maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients
• develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; and recognize and report any abuse.

Requirements

• RBT certification

• Experience working with children/adolescents. At least 1 year working in the field of ABA
