Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

You will deliver direct services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings, implement programs written by the supervisor, and maintain accurate records while communicating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.
