Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Wilmington, NC is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum using positive reinforcement. We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, with both full-time and part-time positions available and comprehensive training plus growth opportunities.

We are looking for energetic, flexible and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however assistance offered to attain status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play, social and self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.
