Job summary

Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District, Mile Tree Elementary in Wilbraham, MA, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-27 school year, starting immediately.

The RBT will provide behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA, implement treatment plans, and support student progress and social skills development at Mile Tree Elementary. Competitive hourly pay and a commitments to a safe, supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold RBT certification and have passed competency assessment.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Valid CORI is required.
• Suitable "fingerprinting" results are required before employment can begin.
• EMPLOYMENT START DATE: Immediately upon hire.
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
