Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ABA programs under BCBA supervision. This part-time role involves implementing ABA plans, collecting accurate client data, and helping build communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED; reliable transportation; completion of the 40-hour RBT training; active RBT

• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
