Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in the Vineyard and Orem area. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Vineyard and Orem area. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. This hands-on role is impactful, rewarding, and a vital part of helping children thrive.
Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
Collect and record data electronically after each session
Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team
Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)
Reliable transportation within Vineyard and Orem
Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance
