Sage-Health-Services is seeking dedicated professionals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD in the United States. This role requires strong qualifications, including experience with autism and the ability to work flexible hours, primarily in the afternoons and evenings.

The ideal candidates will have relevant certifications or a willingness to obtain them, and must be able to travel to clients' homes. A supportive working environment awaits those who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or related disabilities.
• Current driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1 on 1 intensive ABA Therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow client-specific behavior-oriented teaching programs.
• Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data.

Positions can be full-time or part-time and generally require staff availability during afternoon and evening hours.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or related disabilities
• RBT certification is preferred but not necessary. Sage Health Services will assist hires in obtaining RBT certification.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work with families and children with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic status.
• Basic computer skills. Ability to type and use programs such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Current driver’s license (any State) and access to personal transportation.
• Must provide proof of insurance and registration.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible for employment.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check (including fingerprinting).
• Must submit to and pass a standard drug screening.
• Must be available to work afternoons and evenings (after school hours).
• Must have and maintain current CPR & First Aid certification (or complete such a course as provided by the employer)

Job Duties:

• Provide 1 on 1 intensive ABA Therapy in the homes of clients.
• Follow behavior oriented teaching programs and protocols, specific to each client.
• Keep a consistent schedule with assigned families & clients.
• Complete required training as provided by the employer.
• Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data.
• Complete all other required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance to HIPAA guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other required meetings.
• Complete all additional job duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Director.
