$24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. This role is crucial in providing support and guidance to clients while promoting positive behavioral changes through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.

  • Assist in the development of skills for daily living and social interactions.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress notes as required.

Experience
