Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Toms River, NJ. As an RBT at True Progress Therapy, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavioral interventions and strategies with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in a one-on-one setting with children, as directed by the BCBA
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
• Assisting with skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Collaborating with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
