Job summary

Tellos is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 therapy to children in home settings and helping families improve quality of life.

You will collect data, participate in team meetings, maintain confidentiality per BACB guidelines, and pursue ongoing training in collaboration with BCBAs, Speech and OT, in a caring, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check must be passed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB

Requirements
