Intellistars ABA in Sugar Hill, GA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized behavior plans for children with developmental disabilities under a BCBA supervision. The role focuses on data collection, progress tracking, and family education to improve quality of life.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities. This role is crucial in supporting clients in achieving their behavioral goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Must have a valid RBT certification

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full time Benefits (30-40 hours weekly):

• In addition to the benefits listed, we also offer $100 bonus to all RBTs who work a minimum of 15 hours a week with a client if they stick to their intended schedules and there are no cancellations.
