Job summary

EARLY AUTISM SERVICES LLC is seeking a dedicated RBT in Sterling Heights, MI to provide personalized 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–11. You will work under supervision from experienced BCBAs and mentors, with in-person supervision and training—no telehealth.

Therapy may occur in-clinic, at a client’s home, or in community settings. We emphasize hands-on support and professional growth, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy with children aged 2–11 in various settings.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs/supervisors.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Communicate with families and team; participate in supervision.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment.

At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best supportand ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client’s home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients.
