We are currently hiring RBTs for our St. Louis Children's Clinic! Our primary emphasis is Early Intervention. Registered Behavior Technicians/RBTs are responsible for providing direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children on the autism spectrum so that they are enabled to reach their full potential. Registered Behavior Technicians help children improve behavior, communication, social and functional skills. The RBT will follow the treatment plan developed by the supervising BCBA which can also include play, listening skills, communication, visual perception, matching, or school-readiness skills.

If you are not yet registered, but interested in becoming an RBT, we can help! We provide training, pay during training, and cover exam costs. You will work with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst guiding you through the process.

Must work independently and as part of a team, stay current with training and certifications, and have dependable attendance.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. RBT credential preferred but we can assist.
Experience: Autism experience helpful but not required. Must pass background screening and, if not credentialed, complete 40 hours of training, pass the RBT Competency Assessment, and exam.
Pay starts between $19-$23/hr, based on experience and education.
