Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Weber County, including Ogden and surrounding communities. You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, building communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA strategies.

Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required. Competitive pay and supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation within Weber County and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET).
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and clinical team regarding client progress.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Weber County, including Ogden, Roy, and surrounding communities. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
