Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across the area. You will collect data, track progress, and support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

We value compassionate, reliable team members who can travel locally and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
