Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will collect data, support communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and clinicians to monitor progress.

We offer a $21–$26 hourly rate with a $100 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Join a family-focused, meaningful team dedicated to helping children thrive.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment
