Job summary

Applied ABC Maryland in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and support their developmental goals.

You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and contribute to data-driven program development. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children with ASD, delivering evidence-based interventions to improve communication, social skills, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring client-specific goals are met
• Monitor and record client progress, reporting results to BCBAs and contributing to data-driven program development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff
• Participate in staff training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay Rate

$25-$30 per hour (determined during the interview) + BONUS
