Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Shavano Park Center team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

The role requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred), and strong communication in English to document progress and coordinate with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Location: Shavano Park Center 4350 Lockhill Selma Rd, Suite 155, San Antonio, TX 78249

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
