Job summary

C4BehaviorLLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Savannah, GA to provide ABA therapy on a part-time basis.

You will work one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, collect data, and help develop communication, life, and social skills.

Evening, afternoon, and weekend shifts are available, with a consistent daytime schedule as noted, and eligibility for health benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
