Job summary

Elite Steps ABA in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home or in-school therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement ABA programs and help clients make progress alongside families and a supportive team.

This role offers flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time options, and competitive hourly pay of $18–$22. A high school diploma is required; travel locally may be needed. ABA experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check must be passable.
• Experience in ABA or child-care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $22/hour
• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Santa fe, NM

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
