Job summary

Elite Steps ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Albuquerque, NM to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

Ideal candidates have or are willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check. Travel within local area is expected.

Qualifications

• : Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• : High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• : Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• : Ability to pass background check.
• : Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $22/hour
• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Albuquerque , NM
