Action Behavior Centers in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.

This role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays and opportunities for advancement into leadership and BCBA pathways

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $19– $23.75 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50 –$27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22.50 –$28 per hour
