The Stepping Stones Group in Poway, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral interventions and data collection. This full-time role emphasizes delivering high-quality services to help students reach their full potential.

Work Mon-Fri, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with competitive pay and benefits including health & wellness stipends, a 401(k) plan, and ongoing professional development resources.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• 6 months of RBT experience required.
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:30am - 3:30pm.
