Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Norco, CA is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission in supporting students’ growth. This role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with competitive pay, benefits, and wellness stipends to support your life inside and outside of work.

We value 1 year of behavior management and in-school experience, plus an active RBT credential. You’ll be part of a supportive network with 401(k), online resources, and a strong leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• 1 year behavior management experience.
• 1 year in-school experience.
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one RBT services to students.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and staff.
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

1 year behavior management experience

1 year in-school experience
