Job summary

Peak Era ABA Wellness LLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person work in Salt Lake City, UT. The role offers 30-40 hours per week at $18–$22 per hour, with supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

As an RBT, you will work under a BCBA to implement treatment plans, deliver therapy, and collect data while collaborating with families and the clinical team. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate students and other commitments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB
• Experience with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

• Able to pass background checks and comply with requirements

About the Role
