Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings. We welcome both full-time and part-time arrangements and start dates ASAP.

A strong focus on compassion, teamwork, and making a real difference in children's lives drives our mission. Applicants must have an RBT certification or be actively pursuing it with our guided support.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using our training-friendly systems.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child development.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to every session.

Pay Range: $23–$29/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Start Date: ASAP—we can’t wait to meet you!

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
