The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be at least 18, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork. You’ll work with clinicians to implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate with families, while earning competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Flanders, NJ. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information

What We Offer:

• Competitive compensation up to $30-$32/hour! Based on experience and registration/certification
• Part-time schedule. After school hours.
• Mileage reimbursement between clients and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home.
