True Progress Therapy in Long Branch, NJ is hiring a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work on-site with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and the team.

This is a flexible part-time role offering growth opportunities within a supportive ABA-focused environment.

Formación

• Must be certified as an RBT through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary:

True Progress Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Long Branch, NJ. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior using standardized assessment tools

• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior reduction plans
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
