Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB or completed 40-hour RBT training and ready to sit for the exam.
• Hands-on experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism (direct 1:1, not observation).
• Weekday afternoon and after-school availability.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work independently following clinical guidance.
• Able to complete background clearances required for working with children.
• Able to sit on the floor, kneel, move quickly, and safely respond to challenging behavior.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home and community settings.
• Implement skill-building and behavior reduction programs from treatment plans written by your supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress on time.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Part-time, afternoon and after-school hours | In-home, serving Wake Forest, NC and surrounding Person County communities

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — or an exam-ready candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

This is a direct-care role with consistent afternoon cases. You'll be at a child's level running skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs — hands-on clinical work, not observation.

What you'll do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home and community settings
